Dining Services Introduces Global Chefs

In the spring and fall of each calendar year, a select group of twelve Global Chefs from around the world venture to the United States on a four week tour of select cafes and dining halls which partner for their food service. The Global Chefs’ reach across 80 different countries affords the opportunity to choose from a pool of very talented and diverse chefs. The mission of each Global Chef is to share their authentic native cuisine and culture with our Rensselaer campus community. 

This semester, Rensselaer Dining Services is proud to feature Chef Bogumil Harmaj from Krakow, Poland. He will be hosting traditional Polish dishes for dinner on Monday March 18, in Russell Sage Dining Hall and Tuesday March 19, in Commons Dining Hall. Please join us for what will be a genuine and delicious experience.
