Bursar's Office Implements new Support Ticketing system

Bursar Operations is implementing the ZenDesk ticketing system.  Starting March 4, 2021 there is a new way to get your emails answered by the Bursar's Office.  You will sign into the ticketing system where you can choose from an array of topics so that your emails are immediately directed to the correct RPI department or in some cases answered right away with preset information.  The link is http://finance.rpi.edu/support
