He is recognized as an outstanding higher education senior student life administrator with a broad range of experiences including affinity programming, student conduct, residential communities, student involvement, leadership development, first-year student engagement, and student crisis management.

Victoria Luzinas

Victoria joins us from the hospitality industry, bringing with her more than 5 years experience in business administrative management and customer service.

Victoria provides direct administrative support for the Assistant Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students and Director of Student Rights, Responsibilities and Judicial Affairs, acting as first contact for in person, telephone and electronic communications. Other duties include, the coordination of the Dean’s appointments and calendar event, assisting with the maintenance and coordination of judicial and student intervention case files, and the coordination of office operations.

Kristine Guzman

Kristine joins us from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. She brings with her experience in leadership and diversity, where she has established programs focused on student development personally, mentally and professionally.

In her time at Rutgers University, She restructured the Honor Council which is comprised of students, faculty, and staff using restorative justice practices, engaging respondents to identify corrective actions for their policy violations. She also served as the Crisis and Response Education (CARE) Team liaison to connect students with the appropriate services for support during a crisis. She places great emphasis on ethical decision making and deep understanding of the University Code of Student Conduct which increases students’ awareness of the campus community standards.

Adrianna Bradt

Director of Student Rights Responsibilities and Judicial Affairs

Adrianna joins Rensselaer from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. She brings with her a broad scope of professional experience in the student services field, including student conduct and community standards, Title IX, and student academic success. Adrianna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, and is completing a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology, both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While at UNC-Charlotte, Adrianna was recognized with the Chancellor’s Citation for Leadership and Service.

As the Director for Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Judicial Affairs, Adrianna will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of the Institute’s student judicial process.  Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students, Adrianna will provide guidance to members of the university community regarding students’ rights and responsibilities. She will develop programming that promotes and build upon the Clustered Learning, Advocacy, and Support for Students (CLASS) framework through which we offer the student experience; lead training seminars among the Student Life Staff for personal accountability, integrity, and ethical development; and oversee the process, development and completion of judicial cases.
