Treasury and Investments

The Treasurer’s Office consists of three distinct functions managed under the supervision of the Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer:

  • Cash Management oversees the Institute's daily cash receipts and disbursements processing, as well as its short-term investment strategy. The office serves as the chief liaison with the various banking institutions involved in the Institute's day-to-day operation.
  • Debt Financing coordinates the issuance and servicing of the Institute's debt. The office is the chief liaison with the various credit rating agencies, and prepares and disseminates the Institute's various compliance reports.
  • Investment Operations facilitates management of Institute endowment and pension assets and liabilities, and other financial capital assets.
