Your On-Campus Vaccination Appointment
Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. Bring your Rensselaer identification card to your on-site vaccination appointment to check in. The overall process will take approximately 45 minutes, which will include the time necessary to fill out your pre-vaccination application form, administration of the vaccine, and a 15-minute observation period at the end to monitor your health, depending on your medical history. During your appointment, you will receive a record of your vaccination.

After Your On-Campus Vaccination Appointment
After you have been vaccinated, you must continue to follow all of Rensselaer’s community health and safety policies and protocols. As a community, we must continue to protect ourselves and the health, safety, and well-being of others in order to finish the semester strong.
