The RPI Physical Plant would like to remind the Campus community that it’s quick & easy to submit work requests through FIXX!

FIXX, our Cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System, has improved features, with easy to navigate drop-down menus that take the hassle out of submitting a work request!

FIXX  provides a work order tracking number for future reference, and automatic notifications that enable users to track the progress of their requests.

FIXX is available to all members of the Rensselaer community with an RCS ID and password.
