Rensselaer has implemented a new room reservation system called EMS, Event Management System. Over the next few months, we will be adding rooms and departments to the system.
Here you will find helpful resources designed to streamline the event planning process, increase communications, advise on academic and ceremonial protocol, and ensure Institute standard of excellence, quality and protocol for events.
Please note: Only Rensselaer faculty, staff and students, who had existing accounts in EMS prior to the upgrade, can currently reserve a space on campus using the EMS system. No new accounts can be created by end-users at this point in time. We are working to implement all recognized Rensselaer faculty, staff and students into EMS during our next phase.
