Environmental Services (ES) will continue to provide the Cleaning Product Distribution Center for pick-ups scheduled through FIXX.  Cleaning products include disinfectant (Dual Blend 20) and paper towels.  ES distribution day will be on Tuesdays from 10-11am. 

Prior to ordering cleaning supplies ES needs a list of who has been designated to pick-up for your building:

• One primary point person
• One alternate designee

What to do when you need disinfectant and paper towels:

• Place a FIXX request and state for what area (be specific) and note as the subject line “ES Cleaning Product North Lot”
• Request ASAP and be specific about your needs (e.g. a bottle of disinfectant and/or a roll of paper towels)
• Customer Service Center will create a FAMIS work order request and assign to an ES Supervisor
• ES Supervisor will send a confirmation e-mail to the requestor approving the order and informing of the time of pick-up at the North Lot Distribution pod.

If you have already received a spray bottle or bottles, they need to be returned (EVEN BROKEN) for re-use or replacement.

ES has the discretion to minimize or maximize product release for areas based on the need/size and occupancy.

The ES Distribution Center is the white Schaap pod located at the north end of North Lot, behind the H-Building.

ES (FIXX) will not deliver.
