As of the morning of Tuesday, 1/28/25 - HelioCampus has resolved this issue and now you can access the tool again from Firefox and Safari as well as Chrome and Edge.  All browsers should be working again. Thank you for your patience.

HelioCampus is having a challenge with access to browsers typically supported by their tool. HelioCampus is looking into the issue and this will hopefully be solved very soon.  However, at this point, please use Chrome to access HelioCampus as it is the one browser that is currently successful in accessing the tool and features needed.
