Grade Appeal

What is the process to appeal a grade? The first step is to contact the instructor to review the grade in question.  If you still feel you have an appeal the next step would be to meet with the department chair. The third step if the situation has not been resolved to your satisfaction would be to appeal to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies from that school.  The forth step would be to appeal to the Dean of the school. If the student still wants to appeal the grade, the Provost would assign three faculty members to review the case.
