The Office of Undergraduate Education is conducting a pilot to better connect students to resources using our newly acquired Chatbot from our provider Mainstay. We are currently using the texting function to communicate with students. Our chatbot is named “Puckman.” If you receive this communication, we would like for you to respond; however, you are also able to opt out. The Office of Undergraduate Education aims to alert students of issues that may arise academically and are focused on assuring that students are receiving the academic and non-academic resources they need to be successful.
